Are you eligible to join?

Membership in CPEG is open to Canadian pediatric endocrinologists, pediatric endocrine nurses, and pediatric subspecialty residents (fellows) who are training to become endocrinologists.

There are three classes of CPEG Membership:

  • Active Membership:
  • Associate Membership:
    • a resident or a research fellow in a training program in the field of endocrinology and metabolism and meets such other criteria as the Council may determine (either a “Resident Associate” or a “Research Associate”); or
    • a qualified physician or scientist residing outside of Canada AND meets such other criteria as the Council may determine (“Corresponding Associate”)
    • CPEG annual dues: free for qualified trainees
  • Emeritus Membership: Active Members who have retired from the practice of medicine or from research or engagement in the field of endocrinology and metabolism
    • CPEG annual dues: none for qualified members

Associate and Emeritus Members are eligible for free membership; this entitles them to all of the regular rights and responsibilities of Active Members, except that they are not allowed vote at the Annual General Meeting.

Join CPEG and CPEN as an Active Member (for endocrinology nurses)

Membership to CPEN is open to individuals who have licensure as registered nurses and are active as nurses in pediatric endocrinology (excluding nurses who work exclusively in diabetes care and education).

Note that you must be an Active Member of CPEG to belong to CPEN.

CPEN annual dues: CA$ 45.00
